Mr Derek Chan, Director of our company, attended the 1st HR Forum hosted by Saint Francis University (SFU) themed “Human-First AI – Growing Future Talent” on 23 June 2026.
The forum gathered university leaders, HR industry veterans and business executives. It covered two panel sessions: Gen Z at Work: Career Expectations in the AI era and How to Build a Talent Pipeline through Industry-Academia Collaboration. Industry experts also shared insights on building human-centred AI strategies for talent development.
During the event, Mr Chan exchanged views with senior management from Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management, ICBC (Asia) and other enterprises on industry-academia cooperation, Gen Z workforce management and AI-driven talent cultivation. He explored practical solutions to build sustainable talent pipelines amid rapid technological change.
The forum provided a valuable platform to connect academia and the corporate sector, laying the groundwork for future long-term cooperation on youth talent development.
